1) How big are the Bounce Houses?
The Bounce Houses are 15'x15'. The heights vary- see the detail pages of the equipment you are interested in for height.Back To Top
2) How many children can fit in a bounce house?
Generally speaking, between 5 and 6 kids at one time. This really depends on the size of the children and the size of the Bounce House.Back To Top

4) Are the bouncers clean?
Yes. Inflatable Usa Rental units are thoroughly cleaned between each use. We are committed to making sure that your children have a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play. In addition to cleaning, we also safety check and troubleshoot all equipment before it goes out to another client. This way, you are always guaranteed a unit that is safe, clean and in good working order.You will be asked to sign an inspection report after the installer has set up your unit and walked you around it to verify that the equipment is in good condition.

5) It's pretty hot outside. Does it get hot inside the inflatables?
Actually, it stays very comfortable inside the equipment. The bounce houses lose air with every bounce (that is what makes them bouncy- the loss and refilling of air!) so it is usually breezy and cool inside. Plus, each bounce house has a roof that shades the bounce area.Back To Top
6) What if it rains?
We do not operate our bounce houses in high winds or rain. If recent weather has caused the bounce area to become muddy, you will need to locate an alternate location. We strongly urge renters to reserve an alternate indoor location (such as a park or school gymnasium) in case of inclement weather. We cannot set up in rain or high winds. Safety is our first concern.If your event may be canceled due to weather, you will be called 2 hours in advance. You may cancel at this time and receive a refund of your deposit.

7) Can you set up indoors?
Yes. We can set up the inflatables in gymnasiums or any other area that can accommodate the height (avg. 16 feet) of the bounces.Back To Top

9) What are the appropriate ages for bouncing?
Ages 2-12 years. Some older teenager parties are permissible; call or e-mail for details if you're not sure.Back To Top
10) Do you deliver to my area?
Albany County, Rensselaer County, Saratoga County, Schenectady County, Columbia County, Fulton County, Greene County, Montgomery County, Schoharie County, Warren County, Washington County and more locations (*some require additional charges). 11) How much room do I need?
Since the units vary in size, please check the detail page for the size of your unit and add at least 1 foot around the perimeter. Also, if you're not sure what size your yard is, you can measure it or "walk it off" heel to toe in a man's shoe (it'll be about 1 foot per step) to approximate. If you can imagine two parked cars side by side in your set up area, most likely we can fit the unit of your choice in that area. Also, most 2 car driveways can accommodate most units. Don't forget your vertical clearance! You'll need an area free of low wires and branches, about 16-17 feet high.Back To Top
12) How much room do you need to bring the bouncer in?
A standard walk through gate is fine. We bring the unit rolled up and wheel it in on a standard hand truck (dolly). If a person can comfortably walk through, we can fit the bouncer through too!Back To Top
13) Can you set up on my driveway?
Yes. We prefer to set up in a lawn or grassy area if possible because it is easier to secure the unit but we can set up in a parking lot, driveway, or other hard surface. We will not set up on a gravel driveway.If you have a 2 car width driveway, most likely our bouncer will fit. A slight slope is not a problem. Typically, we will place the entrance of the unit at the top of any slope.

14) My yard slopes a bit- will that be OK?
Yes. A slight slope is not a problem. Typically, we will place the entrance of the unit at the top of any slope. If the slope is more than a little, we may not be able to set up in that location. Your installer may request an alternate location so please have one in mind. The safety of the children is the most important consideration when selecting a setup area.Back To Top
15) Does it need electricity? How much does it use?
Yes. Your electrical outlet needs to be within 75' of the inflatable. If you do not have power close by, consider renting a generator from us or from a local rental store.NOTE: All blowers and wiring are safety checked before delivery.

16) What time do you deliver and pickup the bouncer?
Rental periods vary. The typical range of rental time is 3 hours. You decide on the specific time you want the bouncer set up by and we'll have the equipment set up between 30 minutes and 2 hours before that start time. Also, you do not pay for our set up time, all rental periods are jumping time only! Pick up is based on the number of hours you rent for. If you have special requirements for an exact setup or pick up time, (for example, your event is in a location that you have rented for a specific amount of time) let us know.Back To Top
17) What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open from 9am to 8pm weekdays. Our customer support lines are open continually on the weekends. If you happen to get voicemail at any time, please leave your name and number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.Back To Top
18) How far in advance do I need to order?
We suggest 3-5 weeks before your scheduled party date. However, we generally have inventory available for last minute bookings, if you are not too picky about style preference. All units are booked on a first come first served basis.Back To Top
19) My party is tomorrow. Can I still get a rental?
Maybe! Give us a call and we will try to work it in. Anytime there is a short window of time between the booking and the event where you will not be able to mail a deposit.Back To Top
20) Is it cheaper if we pickup the bouncer ourselves?
No. We are trained as professional installers. Our insurance requires that our installers do an on site inspection as well. Where the safety of your children is concerned, we do not take any chances.Back To Top
